Everything about paying for your order — the methods we accept and how your payment is handled.

Cards, wallets and transfers.

Custom orders are invoiced, not bought through a shopping cart. You can pay the invoice bank to bank, using the account details printed on it — or open its secure Stripe link and pay by any of the methods below.

Digital wallets

Cards and wallets are available everywhere. Local methods such as iDEAL or Bancontact appear on your payment link only where your country supports them.

Security

Payments handled by Stripe.

Every payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details travel straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are handled entirely by them — The Reform Grips never sees or stores your full card number.

Most online card payments in Europe require an extra authentication step (Strong Customer Authentication / PSD2) — for example, a one-time code sent to your device. Some of these steps are controlled by your own bank, so if a payment doesn't go through, try again or use an alternative method above.
