Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our website, requesting a quotation, approving a custom order, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

Effective date: 2 July 2026

The Reform Grips designs and sells custom grip socks for Pilates, yoga, barre, and Lagree studios, as well as instructors, gyms, wellness businesses, and related brands.

For questions about these Terms & Conditions or your order, you can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the website, or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

We offer custom grip socks made to customer specifications, including custom colors, logos, text, artwork, packaging, and other design elements.

When you submit artwork, logos, text, designs, brand materials, or other content for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to use those materials or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, privacy right, or other third-party right.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any design, artwork, or material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with our company values, brand standards, or policies.

Before production begins, we may provide order details, quotations, invoices, digital mockups, design previews, or production specifications for your review.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all order details before approving an order, including but not limited to:

  • Product type
  • Quantity and sizes
  • Colors
  • Logo placement and artwork
  • Text and spelling
  • Delivery address and contact information
  • Billing details
  • Shipping method
  • Payment details

Once you approve the order, artwork, mockup, invoice, or production details, we may begin preparing materials or production. After that point, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and delays.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, additional costs, or production issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or late information provided by the customer.

Any digital sketches, mockups, previews, or product images provided during the ordering process are for illustrative purposes only.

While we make every effort to match your chosen colors, artwork, and designs, actual product colors, placement, texture, and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric materials, production methods, printing techniques, lighting, and batch differences.

Minor variations in color, finish, sizing, texture, grip placement, or design placement do not constitute defects unless they materially affect the usability of the product or differ substantially from the agreed specification.

All custom orders are priced by individual quotation. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the applicable quotation or invoice.

Prices may be subject to VAT, shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges, where applicable.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made using the payment methods specified on your quotation or invoice.

If full payment is not received by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to pause, delay, cancel, or refuse the order.

For custom or bulk orders, we typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

If a customer fails to pay the remaining balance, we may retain the goods and take further action in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

The Reform Grips sells to customers in the European Union and worldwide.

Depending on your country of residence and whether you purchase as a consumer or as a business customer, certain mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.

If you purchase as a business customer, studio, instructor, company, reseller, or professional buyer, you confirm that the order is placed for business or professional purposes.

For customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We ship worldwide, including to the European Union, North America, Australia, and many other countries.

Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after design approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order size and complexity. Reorders of previously approved designs typically take 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping times vary by destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Actual timelines may vary depending on your location, production schedule, order volume, order complexity, courier performance, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, unpaid import charges, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed where reasonably possible.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other costs imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products can be lawfully imported into their country before placing an order.

If a shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, delayed, or destroyed due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs issues, or import restrictions, we are not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional cost, except where required by applicable law.

Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed, except where the item is defective, incorrect, not as agreed, or where required by applicable law.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming product, please contact us at hello@thereformgrips.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the issue, where applicable
  • Photos of the packaging, where relevant

If your claim is accepted, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You may request cancellation of a custom order before production has started and before materials have been ordered, allocated, or prepared for your order.

Once artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered or allocated, production has started, or the order has otherwise been confirmed for production, the order becomes non-cancellable due to the custom-made nature of the products.

To request cancellation, please email hello@thereformgrips.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If cancellation is accepted, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund in writing.

If cancellation is not possible because production has started or costs have already been incurred, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or to deduct any reasonable costs already incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days.

However, under EU consumer law this right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Most products sold by The Reform Grips are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications, including custom colors, logos, artwork, text, packaging, sizing, and other design details.

By approving the order, quotation, invoice, artwork, mockup, or production details, you acknowledge that the product is custom-made or personalized, that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, and that production may begin before the end of any usual 14-day withdrawal period.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after confirmation, except where the product is defective, incorrect, not as agreed, or where required by applicable law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a non-custom product, we will provide the required information and process the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for following the product care instructions provided with the order, on our website, or by email. These include washing the socks inside out at 30°C with similar colors, air drying only, and avoiding bleach, ironing, tumble drying, and dry cleaning.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect product appearance, durability, grip performance, elasticity, and overall lifespan.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, storage, or use is not considered a defect.

We may photograph or display completed products, including custom grip socks, for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or marketing purposes. We will not intentionally disclose sensitive customer information.

If you do not want us to use photos or videos of your custom products for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing before production or delivery.

All products, including custom-designed socks, remain the property of The Reform Grips until full payment has been received.

If a customer fails to complete payment for an order, we reserve the right to retain the goods and, where legally permitted, use them at our discretion. This may include reselling, donating, using as samples, repurposing, or disposing of the products.

No ownership, licensing, or distribution rights are transferred to the customer until the order has been paid in full.

We believe in mutual respect and professional, ethical conduct in all customer and client relationships.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or terminate a business relationship if a customer behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to our employees, partners, suppliers, or business.

If this occurs, we will notify the customer and determine any applicable refund based on the stage of production and fulfillment, costs already incurred, and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or loss of business.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, transport delays, customs delays, supplier delays, production interruptions, power outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or changes in law.

If a force majeure event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact where possible.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
